RemitStream Property Management Lockbox
Remittance Solutions uses the same advanced equipment to process RemitStream Property Management Lockbox transactions as RemitStream Retail Lockbox transactions. After processing, one data transmission is sent, sorted by homeowners association, to the property management company to update the accounts receivable records of each of its homeowners associations. A second transmission, sorted by homeowners association, feeds payment information to our financial institution client for DDA posting. Checks (paper or electronic) are deposited at the clearing agent the financial institution designates. Images of checks and coupons as well as reports are available for same-day online viewing with RemitStream Receivables Online.

Remittance Solutions uses a comprehensive, proven implementation process. Implementations may extend to data transmission setup and testing as well as training on online tools. Once an agreement is in place, a dedicated Remittance Solutions team works with the financial institution and its customer to complete implementation forms, understand business requirements, setup the lockbox and thoroughly test the agreed upon requirements. The Remittance Solutions process ensures a smooth implementation for the financial institution and its customer.
